This Privacy Policy explains how OpenAna collects, uses, and protects information in connection with BioAna, including the BioAna sandbox trial environment described in our Terms and Conditions.
This Privacy Policy describes how OpenAna (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) collects, uses, and discloses information in connection with the BioAna website, the BioAna sandbox trial environment, and related communications. It does not apply to information submitted by customers into a production BioAna deployment, which is governed by the applicable customer agreement.
2.1 Information you provide. When you request sandbox access or contact us, we collect information such as your name, work email address, company, role, the modalities you work with, and any message you choose to share with us.
2.2 Automatically collected information. When you visit our website, we and our service providers may automatically collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited, typically through server logs and similar technologies.
2.3 Information from third parties. We use HubSpot as our form-processing and customer relationship platform. Information you submit through our forms is transmitted to and stored in HubSpot in accordance with HubSpot's own privacy practices.
We use the information we collect to: (a) evaluate and respond to sandbox access requests and other inquiries; (b) provision, administer, and communicate with you about sandbox access; (c) send product and related updates where you have opted in to receive them; (d) maintain the security, integrity, and acceptable use of our website and sandbox environment; and (e) comply with legal obligations.
The sandbox access form requires a work (company) email address. Personal webmail addresses and known temporary or disposable email domains are not accepted, so that we can verify the requester's organizational affiliation and route access appropriately.
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers who process it on our behalf (such as HubSpot for form submissions and communications), as required by law, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.
We retain information collected through sandbox requests and contact forms for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, administer sandbox access, and maintain business records, after which it is deleted or anonymized in accordance with our internal retention practices.
You may opt out of product and related marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in those emails or by contacting us at hello@openana.ai. Opting out does not affect transactional communications related to your sandbox request.
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Information you submit may be processed and stored in the United States or other countries where we or our service providers operate, which may have data protection laws different from those in your jurisdiction.
Our website and sandbox environment are intended for business professionals and are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “last updated” date on this page. Continued use of our website or sandbox after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
